Ashley Anderson

• Have a good relationships with local businesses
• Have friends who also have good relationships with local businesses
• Ask your local business friends to sponsor LPSA programs
• Help your friends ask their local business friends to sponsor LPSA Programs

Tiffany Benaway

• Be good at hosting and planning events
• Be a good leader for your team of event volunteers
• Plan a few events each season for LPSA
• Work at those events and lead the volunteers to success

Kyle Patrick

• Have some free time on your hands each week during the summer and fall
• Enjoy outdoor work and like grass and maybe have some friends to help
• Follow clearly written directions for basic painting and line placement
• Follow the plan each week consistently for 10 weeks.

Ellie Hatton

• Enjoy working with little kids (3-5 year olds)
• Work with families to help the kids enjoy a soccer experience
• Help kicker coaches solve problems with their kids, families and teams
• Communicate with families, coaches and kids appropriate LPSA information

Sam Olson

• Lead a group of U8 Coaches
• Work with families to help the kids enjoy a soccer experience
• Help U8 coaches solve problems with their kids, families and teams

Scott Spalding

• Lead a group of U10 Coaches
• Work with families to help the kids enjoy a soccer experience

Chrissy Dozier

• Lead a group of U12 Coaches
• Work with families to help the kids enjoy a soccer experience

Jessica Dolan

• Lead a group of team parents
• Be a liaison between team parents and the LPSA board
• Communicate LPSA expectations to team parents
• Collect money and items from team parents for LPSA activities.

• Lead a group of volunteers to provide concessions at LPSA events
• Plan and purchase concession supplies for LPSA events and activities
• Work with your concession team during events and activities
• Deliver all monies to LPSA treasurer 

Shawn White

• Lead a team of volunteers to provide apparel sales at LPSA events and online
• Maintain an accurate inventory of LPSA apparel items including uniforms
• Create purchase orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Deliver all monies to LPSA Treasurer

OPEN

• Be a trained and certified soccer referee
• Lead a team of adult referees 
• Lead adult referees to be mentors to youth referees and provide accountability
• Report all official games to LPSA DYOD via approved channels

• Lead a team of volunteers who will help with equipment
• Inventory all equipment prior to the start of the season
• Create an equipment purchase order and submit it to the VP
• Distribute and collect equipment during the season as directed by the DYOD

Jon Ebner

• Take care of LPSA by ensuring prudent use of all assets, including facilities, personnel, and goodwill; provide oversight for all activities that enhance the nonprofit’s effectiveness and sustainability.
• • Make decisions in the best interest of LPSA, rather than in personal self-interest.
• • Ensure that LPSA and its members comply with applicable laws and adhere to ethical practices; that LPSA remains aligned with its stated corporate purposes, and that its activities further its mission.
• • Attend as many board meetings as possible and review any background materials provided before the meeting to prepare for discussions and decision-making.
• • Be an advocate for the organization.

Jamie Donahue
